My husband had the day off this morning. I got up early, around six o’clock this morning and made breakfast and was drinking coffee. I went in the other room and was watching the news. He is usually a really early riser, but today he must have really tired because I kept peaking in the room and he was still asleep at eight o’clock, then I looked again and he was still asleep at nine o’clock.

Finally, I heard him calling my name. I went in the bedroom and he wanted be to get back in the bed and snuggle up. We turned on DirectStarTV and watched “Home Alone” that was on for the holidays. Two and half hours later at twelve we were still in the bed. We haven’t slept in that late or watched movies in the bed like that it forever! Usually I would be anxious and feel like I was loosing a lot of my day, but this morning it was just really nice and relaxing. I wouldn’t mind doing this more often on his day off!
