Both my husband and I love short ribs. It has been years since I have cooked some! We have been trying to cut down on our red meat intake for our health so this is certainly going to be a treat. I decided that I was going to surprise him with the short ribs. I am going to cook them on Saturday while he is at work and put them in the fridge. I am going to heat them up on Sunday and prepare cheddar and shallot grits with them when we get home from church. It is really going to be a nice Easter surprise and I think that he is really going to love them! The kids are going to love them too!
